3rd Annual Charity Golf Outing 2025
Referral Partners 365 will host its third annual Charitable Golf Outing on Monday, August 4, 2025, at the Crystal Lake Country Club.
The outing will serve as a fundraiser for Options & Advocacy for McHenry County. You will help support infants, children, and adults with developmental delays and disabilities.

Stef Sullivan, gifted artist and joyful woman, and a very special member of the Options & Advocacy community, inspired people and shared her love of life through her art. It is in her honor that we have created the Stefanie Sullivan Joyful Arts fund. There is no other fully inclusive activity than art. May those who benefit from it experience the joy and freedom that Stef herself embodied.
