What is LIC/ECN?
The Local Interagency Council (LIC) & Early Childhood Network (ECN) of McHenry County is a community-based collaboration led by Options & Advocacy for McHenry County committed to enhancing a high-quality, well-coordinated, easily-accessible system of services and supports that promote the positive growth and development of expecting parents and families with children from birth to age five.
We work with local families and local community leaders to address local needs in our community. ECN works collaboratively to make the most of existing resources in our communities to promote the mental and physical well-being of families and young children.
How can I join LIC/ECN?
Anyone who works, lives with, or is raising children 0-5 is welcome to join! Contact Angela Krambeer to join or learn more!
